Locale X is a major new version. For all of the new features in Locale X, please see the Locale X release announcement. 10.0.529 is a minor update with the following improvements:

Improved compatibility with Android 13
- On Android 13 and later, the ongoing notification may behave differently.
  - If you update an existing installation of Locale X, there will be no immediate changes.
  - If you perform a fresh install of Locale X on Android 13 (e.g. on a new device or you uninstall/reinstall the app), then the ongoing notification will be disabled by default. It can be enabled under the Hamburger menu in the top left corner, then choosing Ongoing notification settings.
- Locale X supports Android 13’s per-app language settings. This can be found under Android Settings > System > Languages & Input > Locale X
Disk space usage has been optimized. At runtime, Locale X uses about half as much disk space before and the app download is now smaller too
Improved location reliability on some Samsung devices with inaccurate clocks
