Locale X is a major new version. For all of the new features in Locale X, please see the Locale X release announcement. 10.0.471 is a minor update with the following improvements:

Improved location power management when leveraging international GNSS satellites other than GPS (e.g. GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou)
Improved compatibility with Android 12
- Driving, Headphones, and Bluetooth settings now require the Bluetooth permission on Android 12. If you’ve previously configured these settings, you’ll be prompted in the app to grant the permission
- Faster display of the ongoing notification icon when the service starts
Improved compatibility with Google Play
