Locale X is a major new version. For all of the new features in Locale X, please see the Locale X release announcement. 10.0.352 is a minor update with the following improvements:

Fixed several minor UI bugs
Performance improvements
Avast will no longer flag Locale X as “suspicious”

Note: As a normal part of our release process to ensure high quality, updates to Locale X roll out in phases over about a two week period. Due to the pandemic, Google Play is additionally experiencing delays in approving app releases of more than a week. For these reasons, it may take several weeks before a specific update becomes visible to you.
